We ship across Egypt only.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 2 to 4 working days. Once your order is placed you receive a confirmation email, and our team contacts you by phone to confirm the address before dispatch.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on orders over EGP 1,500. Below that, the shipping fee is calculated at checkout according to your governorate and shown before you pay.

Address and contact details

Please make sure your phone number and address are complete and correct. If we cannot reach you on the number provided, delivery may be delayed or the order returned to us.

Delays

Public holidays, weather and courier conditions can add to delivery times. If your order is delayed beyond 4 working days, contact us and we will follow it up with the courier.

Receiving your order

Please check your order at the moment of delivery and before use. If anything is incorrect or damaged, tell us within 48 hours so we can replace it. See our refund policy for details.
