These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with S&R Beauty. By placing an order you accept them. They are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, if the price or description was shown incorrectly, or if we cannot verify your contact details.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Egyptian pounds and include tax where applicable. We accept:

cash on delivery, paid to the courier when your order arrives
card payments through Paymob, our payment provider. Card details are entered on Paymob's secure page and are never stored by us.

We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.

Delivery

We deliver across Egypt within 2 to 4 working days. Shipping is free on orders over EGP 1,500. See our shipping policy.

Products

Our products are cosmetics for external use. Please read the instructions and ingredients on each product. If you have sensitive skin or a known allergy, test on a small area first. Stop using a product if irritation occurs. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Colours and textures may vary slightly from the photographs on screen. Gift box contents may occasionally vary where an item is unavailable, and we replace it with one of equal value.

Returns

Returns and replacements are covered by our refund policy.

You agree to give accurate contact and delivery details, and not to misuse this site, including by attempting to disrupt it or by copying its content for commercial use.
